How it works
Our educational program serves as a guide for educators in their daily interventions, with a view to close cooperation with parents, who are primarily responsible for the education of their children. Your collaboration is essential and very important to us, because it allows to fulfill our educational mission and to continue to offer quality daycare services centered on the individual development needs of each child.

About Us
Our daycare service is a for-profit corporation that has been welcoming neighborhood children since 1995. We are a private daycare center subsidized by the Ministry of the Family. We are governed by the Child Care Services Act and Regulations.
Our license allows us to accommodate 49 children, including 10 infants from 0 – 18 months and 39 children from 18 months to 5 years old. We are a member of Place 0-5 .
Our educators have relevant experience and training recognized by the Ministry of the Family. We also hold a permit from the city of Montreal and we meet all the standards and requirements in force concerning the health, safety and sanitation of the premises.
The daycare is located on the territory of the CLSC Benny Farm.

- work closely with parents and support them in their parenting role;
- to inform and refer parents to community resources.

PROGRAM
Our educational philosophy is inspired by the reference framework of the Ministry: « Welcoming early childhood », whose educational intervention is based on play and which puts the child in a situation to discover his environment, to explore it, to understand it. , to learn to master it, to adapt to community life, and to prepare children over 4 years old for their entry into school.
NUTRITION
We emphasize the importance of food freshness, variety and portion control.
SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
Several times a year, we offer special activities such as workshops by parents who come to present their country, their profession or a short conference on subjects of interest. Depending on availability, we organize outings and activities related to educational themes: cuisine from various countries, parties, apples, the sugar shack, a cattle farm, …These activities are chosen according to the children’s interests
